• Prima Platinum Plan is a maximum Five year two week investment with the potential to mature early on the first 4 anniversaries.

• The returns from the Plan are linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 Index and the S&P 500 (“the Indices”).

• Available in two options:

90% Option
If both Indices are at or above 90% of their respective Opening Levels, on any anniversary date the Plan will mature, providing a full repayment of your capital plus a growth payment of 8% for each year that your capital has been invested.

100% Option
If both Indices are at or above their respective Opening Levels, on any anniversary date the Plan will mature, providing a full repayment of your capital plus a growth payment of 12.5% for each year that your capital has been invested in the Plan.

• You will lose some, or all, of your money if one or both of the Indices have fallen by more than 50% at any close of business during the investment term and the Final Level of one or both Indices is below its Opening Level.

• Your capital will be returned in full at maturity, provided neither of the Indices have fallen by more than 50% below their Opening Levels during the investment term.

• In the event of the issuing bank failing to meet its liabilities you will lose some, or all, of your money. In this circumstance you will also lose any growth payment to which you may have otherwise been entitled.

• The returns on Investments made by individuals will be subject to Capital Gains Tax (see page 11 of the plan brochure).
