Plan Summary

• You will get your full capital back if the closing level of the Standard & Poor's BRIC 40 ("the SBE Index") is no more than 40% below its Initial Level at maturity.

• You will receive a growth payment at maturity of 1.3 × any growth in the Index, with Index growth being capped at 50% above Initial Level. This gives a maximum return of 65% at maturity.

• If the closing level of the Index at the end of the term has fallen further than 40% from its level at the start of the Plan you will lose some and up to all of your capital.

• A maximum payment of 65% (gross) at maturity is equivalent to a return of 13% (gross) annually over the investment term.

• No income is payable.

• The Plan should not be cashed in before 15 September 2015, the Plan's maturity date. If you cash in your investment in the Plan before maturity the sum you will get might not reflect the performance of the SBE Index to the date you cash in and could be less than the amount you invested in the Plan.
