Plan Overview

The Plan is designed to repay your initial deposit and deliver an additional return linked to the FTSE 100 over the 5 year term. There is also potential for the Plan to mature early depending on the performance of the FTSE 100.

The Plan will return your initial deposit at maturity, plus:

• Option 1: if at the end of years 2, 3, 4 or 5 the FTSE 100 is higher than its starting level, the Plan will mature at that time with a payment equal to 5.25% per annum (not compounded).

• Option 2: if at the end of years 3, 4 or 5 the FTSE 100 is higher than its starting level, the Plan will mature at that time with a payment equal to 5.75% per annum (not compounded).

If the FTSE 100 is equal to or lower than its starting level after 5 years (Option 1) or outside 80% to 120% of its starting level after 5 years (Option 2), you will receive back only your initial deposit.
