What are the aims of the FTSE 100 Growth Plan?

The Plan is designed to increase your investment in line with FTSE 100 growth, without exposure to FTSE 100 declines at maturity:

• 100% of any rise in the FTSE 100 after 5 years, up to a maximum return of 52.5% of your
initial investment.
