 This product is a 3 year and 3 week structured product that offers a potential Growth Payment of 40% of the original Investment Capital with the return of Investment Capital at the Maturity Payment Date depending on the performance of the FTSE® 100 Index (the FTSE® 100) and the S&P 500® Index (S&P 500®).

Investment Returns Potential Growth Payment of 40%
Capital Protection (Subject to Counterparty/Credit Risk 50% Soft Capital Protection. American barrier, daily observations of Closing Values. Provides protection for reductions of up to 50% in the Start Value of either or both of the FTSE® 100 and S&P 500®.
Capital Loss Calculation If the barrier is breached by either or both of the FTSE® 100 and S&P 500® during the Observation Period, Investment Capital is at risk and will reduce 1% for every 1% decrease in the End Value of the worst performing of the FTSE® 100 and S&P 500® from its Start Value.
